My 14-Day Experience With Personal Trainer Food

“This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Fit Approach and Personal Trainer Food. The opinions and text are all mine.”

Darlings! Let me start by saying that I am probably the pickiest eater in the entire world. So if I can be totally transparent I was very skeptical about the adventure. I have never tried any meal program before and so this was my very first time doing any program of any sort like this one. The day that my Personal Trainer Food package arrived I was not expecting a super big box. When the door bell rung and my oldest so brought the box in I was in awe! In my mind I was wondering what in world could be inside.

Check out my unboxing video BELOW:

I started my journey on Monday to ensure that I was giving the program all of my attention which also meant that from Friday-Sunday I was able to have a few more Coca-Cola’s. Now you all know that I have to have my coke. If I can be totally transparent I had recently come off a corporate fast with my church where we only had fruit, vegetables and water only. Needless to say that I dropped a few pounds so my in-between time was me craving a few sweets and soda of course. So you see I needed to ensure that I had a fresh start.

I started the plan weighing in at 129 with the intention of building my energy levels up, continuing my workout with healthy food and lets face it…It’s an experience and if you know me then you know that I am always up for the challenge. I watched a few of my fellow participants and Fit Approach Sisters and noticed that some of them had lost weight which in many cases was one of their goals but for me I had just recently fasted, took a snack attack break and then started the Personal Trainer Food Program. I continued workout 3-5 days a week, yoga twice a day and my normal walking around the neighborhood.

Don’t let the frozen look fool you! Preparing these meals are as easy as 1-2-3! All you have to do is pop a vegetable and meat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. BOOM It’s DONE! My regimen was a meat and egg for breakfast then a vegetable and meat for both lunch and dinner. Take a look at a few of my meals.
