Tiny Toast Cereal Is Great For Dinner & Breakfast #TinyToastCereal #Kroger

This post is part of a sponsored campaign with Tiny Toast and Kroger through Acorn Influence. All opinions are those of our own.

My kids love cereal! Seriously! I know that traditionally cereal is normally consumed in the morning for breakfast but what I discovered from the moment that I started having kids and they were able to eat table food they were all avid cereal eaters. I on the other hand have really never been a cereal eater unless its a snack for me but the kids on the other hand will have cereal for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack. Needless to say when the opportunity for us to try a brand new cereal arrived we were the first ones to jump on the bandwagon plus this is the very first cereal that General Mills has added to their amazing cereal line in more than 15 years! That’s major! Why wouldn’t my family not want to be among the first to try their brand new Tiny Toast Cereal?

We headed to our local Kroger which just so happens to be less that 3 minutes away from the house, grabbed a mini shopping cart and raced for the cereal aisle. As we walked down the aisle it appeared as if it was never ending (that’s because we were so excited about trying #Tinytoastcereal) and then there was a small light and guess what? We were so excited to find out that they were in both strawberry and blueberry flavors. We spotted them on the shelf. We grabbed a box of each and made a mad dash to the checkout.

As soon as I got home the kids were ready to rip into the cereal. Since it’s the Summer I have my three sons ages 20, 13 & 9 plus my nephew visiting from Savannah who is 12. Yes all boys including our Yoga Puppy, Tux. Please keep in mind that this was around 7pm so instead of the kids eating the dinner that I slaved over in the kitchen they decided that they would prefer to have cereal for dinner. Well I didn’t actually slave over it…we were just having hotdogs and chips LOL! I placed the cereal on the table and this will probably be the only good shot of the boxes before they dig into them.

The kids all grabbed a bowl each and the milk and hence they started their mini taste testing.

The kids liked the fact they could taste fruit in every single bite plus there are no artificial flavors, no colors from artificial sources, no high-fructose corn syrup plus its only 9 grams of sugar per serving. We also found that the cereal did not lose its texture or get soggy which is a major plus with both the tweens and teens.

My youngest pictured above never ever eats his cereal with milk but he was so adamant about getting the blueberry Tiny Toast Cereal with milk and he absolutely loved them. The tweens were all speechless while indulging in their new found cereal but what about my oldest son?

He’s my big cereal muncher! He has loved cereal all of his life and the Tiny Toast Cereal have officially become apart of his top favorites.

But wait. Tux, The Yoga Puppy insisted on providing his seal of approval and lets just say that he says the this one is a winner. Let’s just say that over here General Mills has earned a household of lovers of their new Tiny Toast Cereal. The kids bagged up the remainder of their Tiny Toast Cereal for their snack for our road trip in the morning. Would you like to try them.
