3 WAYS TO CELEBRATE HER: MOTHER, SISTER, AUNT AND FRIEND

Today I had the opportunity to share the room with hundreds of amazing women. Did I know everyone? Nope. Did I get to meet every women in the room? Nope. However I did have the opportunity to meet and network with many that you would consider total strangers. If I can be transparent for a moment I’m just not that girl who walks up to people, introduce myself and make small talk. We’ll I wasn’t her until this year. The beginning of this year I vowed to be more open, try things that I’ve never done and just put myself out there.

This is the year that as women we become more intentional and more aware of celebrating one another rather its a small or big win. A win is a win and must be celebrated. I’m sharing 3 ways to Celebrate Her: Mother, Sister, Aunt & Friend.

1. CELEBRATE HER WINS

A win is a win no matter how small of large. It’s imperative that you let her know that your proud of her accomplishment. Celebrating can be done in many forms: Throw a little party, Send her a congratulations text, email of card; surprise her with a celebration brunch with her closet friends or placing a call congratulating her shows her that your proud.

2. SUPPORT HER

Rather she works in an Corporate environment or has just stepped out on faith and started a business that she’s always dreamed of beginning, support her. Support often times doesn’t cost a penny. You can support her by sharing one of her business post, passing on her card, calling or texting her an affirmation or simply say “Hey Sis you got this”

3. PAY FOR HER SERVICES OR PRODUCT

Imagine that your stepping out on faith to live your dreams and one of your closest friends needs the services that you provide but asks for it for free. How can the business grow from freebies? Especially if you would have no problem paying a total stranger for the exact same services. Celebrate her by paying or buying her products and show her how much you believe in her dream and passion.
