Happy December! I thought I would jump start the first day of the last month of 2016 with an insider on what I have been using for the last few months. I’ve been crazy busy with building McIvy Media, Mommy duties and of course working out & yoga. I was blessed a month or so ago with a box full of Nubian Heritage products. When they reached out to me it was purely to provide me with some products with no strings attached. I will admit when they reached out I was thinking that they would send me a bottle or two but when I received my box you could tell that they paid attention to my brand and the items were truly a reflection. Thank you Nubian Heritage!
You guys already know that the last three months I have been dedicated to hitting the gym 5 days a week. Ya girl is serious about that fitness life. Any who with the weather getting colder you all know that its imperative to keep your skin moisturized and I have to stay fresh while working out. The Nubian Heritage African Black Soap 24 Hour Deodorant has become my staple for intense workouts and it keeps me feeling fresh. What’s not to love about an all natural deodorant without any harmful ingredients? The African Black Soap Body Lotion keeps my skin hydrated and conditioned with ingredients like Jojoba Oil, Oats and Vitamin E. Did I mention that I love how it feels when it touches my skin? AMAZING!
Guess where you will find me after a long workout? In my garden tub soaking my body and inhaling the aroma of coconut & papaya from their amazing bath bombs and soothing body wash. The bath bombs allow me to immerse myself into a luxurious bath experience after a long day. I can close my eyes and envision myself at home Jamaica on the veranda. While enjoying my bath the body wash allows my skin to feel revived and exfoliated while making my skin feel soft and look beautiful.
Those days when I’m in a hurry or craving a long steamy hot shower I grab my Abyssinian Oil & Chia Seed body cleansing smoothie. Whew! Talk about an out of this world feeling! Not only does it smell amazing but its super light and fluffy that allows me to treat my body with hydrating Abyssinian Oil, Amaranth Extract and Chia Seed Oil for deep nourishment as Ginseng helps to improve skin renewal. I then follow up with the Indian Hemp & Haitian Vetiver cream on my hands and feet which provides added moisture.
Have you ever had an experience while cleaning your hands? We’ll if you haven’t then I strongly suggest that you pick up the Lavender & Wildflowers relaxing & nourishing hand soap. I happen to love anything lavender because it has always been a relaxation method for me. Sometimes when I’m experiencing a horrible migraine I grab some soap and inhale quickly to help subdue. It’s a plus that its sulfate-free! Have you tried Nubian Heritage products? What’s your favorite?
**I received this samples to try. All opinions are my own.**
