Spring Break: Wonder Works

My family received complimentary admission to Wonder Works to facilitate this review. All opinions expressed here are my own!

Our adventure continued on our first day in Orlando and for our first night we were the guess of The Outta Control Magic Comedy Dinner Show. The Magic Show is located inside of that crazy looking leaning building famously known as Wonder Works. Its one of Orlando’s best kept secret! We were excited to finally experience the interactive funny dinner show. This is a one-of-a-kind entertainment experience with non-stop audience participation.  Our Magician/Comedian Fred Moore had the crowd on the edge of their seats from the moment the show begun. We not only watched the show but were also a part of it. The dinner show includes  unlimited fresh hand-tossed cheese and pepperoni pizza, salad, popcorn, beer, wine, soda and dessert.

Once the show was over we headed to our next adventure inside Wonder Works Indoor Amusement Park. There are over 100 interactive exhibits for your entire family. Our first stop was on the Interactive area where the boys had the opportunity to feel water that was the same temperature as what the survivors of the Titanic experienced while floating until rescuers found them. They had the opportunity to see how water defies gravity, experience an earthquake in a simulator, become a human lightening rod and stand inside a hurricane. Talk about fun!

We headed to our second stop which is the Discovery area. The kids were play in the bubble lab and create huge bubbles, play a mind game using brain waves where they had to be totally relaxed in order to make the ball move, lay on a bed of nails and play virtual sports. This was perhaps all of the kids favorite area because they were able to explore and interact with other kids. The kids challenged one another, had fun and learned in the process.

Here the kids were able to become dare devils and go through the 3 story rope course challenge, challenge each other at a few games of laser tag and enjoy a roller coaster ride in the XD Theater with 4D Extreme Motion ride. We have enjoyed many 4D Theaters and we all agree that this one hands down is by far the very best one that we have experienced. The graphics are phenomenal. We felt like we were on a real roller coaster and the manner in which they take you through different areas and the loud screams you make when you think that your about to hit a train or a boulder.

Needless to say this is an amazing attraction. We had already added this to our to-do list the next time that we are in Orlando. The kids are still talking about their adventure. We give our experience a thumbs up! What was your favorite attraction at Wonder Works? Stay tuned for our next adventure.
