LDR [ lee-der]Brands is a collaboration between three smart, savvy and successful female executives who set out on a mission to create a line of luxurious professional accessories that seamlessly married form and function.
With diverse backgrounds in music, sports, film and television (and careers that demanded tons of travel) LDR’s founders experienced firsthand the need for tech accessories that matched the fast-paced, 24/7 lifestyle of today’s successful modern woman, yet didn’t compromise great style and personal taste.

THEIR STORY
They say that everything happens for a reason.
Co-founders of LDR, Sarah DeMarco (the record label executive) and Nickole Raymond (the sports agent), serendipitously became besties the summer of 2004 as the result of bad hair coloring and uncanny timing. After having her long, sandy blonde hair badly bleached (nearly white!) Nickole stumbled into a nearby salon, where a reassuring and bubbly Sarah was waiting at the front desk to dry her tears, shuffle the salon schedule, and save the day.
Over the course of their 20s, as they moved up the career ladder in their respective industries, there came a time when they were both needed to travel extensively for work.
“It got to a point where we were literally exchanging flight schedules every week,” Nickole remembers. “I would be in Los Angeles headed to New York, and Sarah would be arriving in La Guardia that very same day. Our paths crossed a lot as we crisscrossed all over the world.”
One thing became clear as they racked up frequent flier miles: simply no one was making a luxurious and functional laptop bag for women. Where there was style, there lacked functionality, and vice-versa. In true entrepreneur fashion, they decided to take matters into their own hands.
In the fall of 2013, Sarah and Nickole set out on a mission to make the perfect laptop bag for fun, fashionable women. Teaming up with co-founder, Lindsey, they began sourcing only the finest, highest quality materials for a bag that would no longer burden women with the choice between functionality and style.
