Oh Happy Day! I’m sure that everyone is excited to finally have an extended weekend with Labor Day next Monday! It’s the perfect time to spend time with your family, friends & neighbors next to the pool while enjoying some delicious food and of course some great drinks. Lucky for you all I have the perfect recipe that’s sure to be a crowd pleaser for both the young and older guest. Who doesn’t love the Sonic Cherry Limeade Drinks?
The kids and I were stuck in the house the other day due to another thunderstorm (thanks to Georgia’s Bi-Polar Weather) and wanted to head out to grab a Sonic Cherry Limeade and Watermelon slush but the weather was not very accommodating. We decided to create a copycat version ourselves and much to our delight they came out quite refreshing and saved us a few bucks. These refreshing drinks are quite easy to make and can be created with items that you may have in your kitchen already. Luckily for us I’m planning on making a 7Up cake this week so we already had a 2 Liter and cherries are always in our cupboards since they are my little one and I favorite treat. This recipe literally takes less than 5 minutes in fact it only took me 3 minutes tops. Enjoy!
