FALL FAMILY FUN AT ROCK RANCH

Hey Darlings! The kids and I took a short road trip on this past Sunday to Rock Ranch conveniently located in Rock, GA which happens to be about 35-40 minutes from where we live. We were excited that they opened at 1pm which gave us time to head to church and then make our way to Rock Ranch for a fun-filled day. My mom is in town so this was the perfect time to head to Rock Ranch for a quick adventure. The kids were excited and although they have gone many times before each time feels like the first because you never know what adventure awaits you.

Upon our arrival we were whisked away on the trolley that carried us to the entrance of the Ranch. The kids initial reaction was to head to the Rock Climbing Wall. Keep in mind that I rarely participate but today I was in the mood. Listen! That wall may not look tall or scary but once I got to a certain point I was scared and ready to come down. It was a hilarious site. Meanwhile my kids had the time of their life.

The Ranch also offers zip lining, carousel rides, pedal bikes, pony riding, petting zoo, pumpkin demolition amongst so many other things for the entire family to enjoy. I love that every time we go to Rock Ranch that there is always something NEW. This weekend was Up, Up, and Away Hot Air Balloons weekend. Guest on the Ranch were able to ride in hot air balloon tethered rides* (weather permitting, $5/child, $10/adult, cash only). Click here for upcoming events.

There is no need to worry about feeding the little ones because Rock Ranch has you covered. There is host of mini restaurants to stop and grab a bite. Don’t forget to try the delicious strawberry ice cream and our favorite, the Kettle Corn.

Mario was so excited to see that Rock Ranch added a mining area because he absolutely loves collecting rocks and stones. The cost was very affordable and very educational for the kids. I loved that they provided him with a chart that explained what rocks he could possibly mine and he can later go online to complete a report on all of his findings.

Don’t forget to head to Little Town. It’s probably my absolute favorite, perhaps it’s because the Little Town reminds me of mini doll and play houses. It’s definitely fun for the entire family.
