Darlings! I’m back with another Hidden Gem and this time I was in Greenville, South Carolina to attend Pastor Aventer Gray of Relentless Church, Harmony Reign Inspirational Brand and as we were leaving I saw the Crème Shack. OMG! I have been drooling literally over every single post that I have seen on social media about the “rolled ice cream” craze. This weekend I was finally able to experience what everyone has been talking about.
Let’s cover a little information about the Crème Shack. The Crème Shack, serves a variety of tasty treats. Their ice cream rolls are made-to-order by their Ice Cream Artisans right in front of your eyes. I love that their Crème is made fresh daily in small batches using high quality ingredients with no preservatives, emulsifiers, or stabilizers. They offer a multitude of flavors and combinations—or, you can create your own.
Although they’re known for their rolled ice cream, they’re constantly creating new menu items. One of those items is called the DOMO, which is a hot, fresh baked glazed donut with a scoop of ice cream in the middle.
So I literally was like a kid in the candy store! I had no idea what flavor I wanted to try. There was so many to choose from so this was a really hard decision. Unlike me, Stephanie immediately knew which one she wanted to order and the Salted Caramel Pretzel which was made with Salted Caramel and Pretzels, topped with whipped cream, salted caramel syrup, caramel bits, pretzel pieces, and pretzel sticks. So after about five minutes I decided to go with the Strawberry Cheese Cake. It was made with New York Cheesecake and Strawberries, topped with whipped cream, strawberry puree, strawberries and Graham Cracker.
