Darlings! Let me start by saying that I am probably the pickiest eater in the entire world. So if I can be totally transparent I was very skeptical about the adventure. I started the plan weighing in at 129 with the intention of building my energy levels up, continuing my workout with healthy food and lets face it…It’s an experience and if you know me then you know that I am always up for the challenge.
