Imagine how excited the kids and I were to see that we had a brand new restaurant that had just opened in our area this month. We have passed by it several times and I promised the boys that we would go there to eat over their Christmas break and what better day to go than New Year’s Eve. The restaurant is located in Fayetteville, GA off of Lanier Ave/Hwy 54. I was told by the hostess that its the first of its kind among many more different ones to come. I have always been a fan of Chick-fil-A and their awesome service. I can’t ever remember a time when I have ever had bad service at one of their restaurants and that’s one of the primary reasons why we dine there at least twice a month.

The moment that we entered the restaurant we were greeted and immediately seated. The restaurant was decorated with Hawaii décor and the servers were dressed in Hawaiian theme uniforms…too cute! Here’s a look at what they have to offer on their menu:

Appetizers:

  • Calamari
  • Roasted Shrimp
  • King Hawaiian Rolls

Soups & Salads:

  • Asian Salad
  • Cobb Salad
  • Island Chicken Salad & Greens
  • Chicken Noodle, Vegetable & Creamy Potato

Sandwiches

  • Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich
  • Luau Fish Sandwich
  • Aloha Fish Sandwich
  • Truett’s Luau Burger
  • Chick-fil-A Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich
  • Island Chicken Salad Sandwich
  • Chick-fil-A Nuggets
  • Chick-fil-A Grilled Nugget

Entrees

  • Seared Ahi Tuna
  • Mahi Mahi
  • Maui Shrimp
  • Traditional Hawaiian Plate

Breakfast

  • Loco Moco
  • Chick-fil-A Breakfast
  • Chick-n-Mini Breakfast
  • Banana Macadamia Nut Pancake
  • Aloha Breakfast

Desserts

  • Handspun Milkshakes
  • Pineapple Macadamia Nut Milkshake
  • Hawaiian Shaved Ice
  • Frosted Pineapple
  • Kouko Cake

Of course the kids decided on chicken nugget kids meals and Hawaiian Shaved Ice for dessert. I decided to have the Maui Shrimp which was served with jasmine rice and stir-fry vegetables. I did not want the vegetables so I decided to get waffle fries instead. The atmosphere at the restaurant was simply amazing and it is indeed a great place to visit. The highlights of the restaurant include the fact that their is a waterfall outside that you can enjoy while eating which will be greatly appreciated in the warmer months and lets not forget that you can also host luau parties here in the warmer months. How cool is that? I can’t wait until the spring. Stay tuned for future post as they have upcoming events in 2014.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Wow! How fun! Lawrenceville is a hike for us, but we may have to do it in order to try this out! Wow!

    1. Yes that is a ride to Fayetteville but in the warmer weather it will be worth it. The kids would really get a kick out eating there,

I would love to hear your thoughts!
