On Saturday the kids and I attended FSO2014 (For Sisters Only) held at the Georgia World Congress Center complimentary of Cricket Wireless. I have been attending FSO for over five years and with each year there comes a newness and surprises. The kids and I stopped by the Cricket Wirless booth which was located front center which in my opinion from my convention event planning days was in prime real estate. As soon as you walked through the FSO entrance the booth was right in front of you. I hope that everyone that attended FSO stopped by the Cricket Wireless Booth. Why? You asked. Did you know that you could be eligible to have five lines for $100 with eligible $40 service plan on each line so why not group and save. I know with three sons and all of them wanting a phone this is indeed a great plan for my family. My younger two sons were with me and trust me they were saying “Mommy look we can all be on one inexpensive plan”. The boys had a ball experimenting with Cricket Wireless live demo phones. They discovered that there is so much that they can do with Cricket’s Smart Phones.
We also noticed that Cricket was allowing every visitor to their booth the opportunity to sign up for a chance to meet PitBull or Enrique Iglesias or win tickets to their 2014 Concert Tour while wearing a cool Cricket hat & shades. Did you enter while at FSO? I hope so because both Enrique Iglesias and PitBull is amazing!
The boys and I also took full opportunity of Cricket Wireless selfie opps and the lounge area as well. As you will see the boys were having a ball sitting on the Cricket Wireless Branded bean bag seats. My youngest was sad that he couldn’t take it home with him. He kept telling me about how he loved the fun colors and they would be perfect for him to use while watching television.
The FSO stage was full of entertainment. In fact Keyshia Cole, Tamar Braxton and the legendary LL Cool J were among many who took to the stage and performed. Fortunately as press we were able to get backstage and meet a few of the celebrities. The kids began to get a bit restless while waiting and decided to play a game with their Cricket branded hats.
As they were sitting their playing LL Cool J walked out and saw them. We then asked if it was okay to snag a picture before he went on stage and of course he said yes and even took out time to talk to both of my sons which was EPIC. I love how my kids understand the importance of branding. BJ & MJ’s hat fell off right before the picture but my youngest opt to pick his up for the photo opp! Gotta Love It! Today was extra special because it marked my Blog Anniversary. I mean how many can say that they met LL Cool J on their anniversary. ME!!!
