Hello Darlings!
The kids are finally off on Winter Break only to be home for a week due to snow conditions! So you know what that means…..Momma can finally have some alone time to get some work done but while the babies were home we headed down to The World of Coca-Cola. We’ve been there many times but trust me when I say that each time that we go its a totally a new experience. We had the opportunity to go with a great friend of mine and our kids.
What was I thinking heading down during Winter Break with the loads of people who were in town? The lines were so long that I thought that we would never make it inside. Factor in we decided to go around 2PM thinking that the lines would be non-existent but that was absolutely the opposite, in fact the lines were wrapped around the corners. Did I mention that it was cold outside? But one thing stays true about The World of Coca-Cola….The system that they have in place in which to get their tourist and residents in and out is always a winner in my book. The lines may have been long but the wait was very minimal for entry. THANK YOU WORLD OF COCA-COLA!
Upon arrival we were greeted by The World of Coca-Cola’s amazing staff, presented refreshing beverages and then we started our visit with a guided tour educating us on Coca-Cola’s history. The guided tour then led us into a theater where we watched their “Moments of Happiness”movie. Once the movie was over we were on our own to visit all of the wonderful attractions.
The World of Coca transformed into a Winter Wonderland. As the kids wondered the amazing World of Coca-Cola I opted out to be the photographer for the day. LOL! The kids had a ball wandering around while I snapped candid pictures of them in the vault and museum area of our tour.
The kids favorite attraction has always and will remain the 3/4D interactive movie. The kids love having sprinkles of water splashed all over them and the interactive feel of a roller coaster while watching the movie. BUT>>>>>The BEST PART of the tour was indeed the end when they had the opportunity to test every single drink that Coca-Cola makes from all over the world! Yep! They were COCA-COLA WASTED!
