Happy Yoga Day! I made it through my week three of the #LetsGetFlexyIn2015 Challenge and I must say that I am totally in love with Yoga all over again. My two younger sons have even jumped in on the band wagon and in the upcoming weeks you will see a lot more of them in the yoga pictures. When I first started this challenge I was so sore the first week it was simply unbearable but as the weeks passed and I began to stretch more the more flexible I found my body became and I was able to do the poses with more ease. Although I am just beginning I am excited to see where my progress will take me by the end of 2015. Here’s a look into my week 3:

Day 18 of #LetsGetFlexyIn2015 is Vrschikasana/Scorpion Pose
I had to have my sofa assist and mini me is on the other side doing the pose. His feet are sticking out. This challenge is pushing me to places I had no idea I would go. Grateful!

~Denis WaitleyI have seen major improvement in myself and ability to become healthy and flexible. I attempted the Eka Pada Sirasana pose 11 days ago and look at me now! My leg behind my head even more than it was on day 9. I was determined to accomplish this by the end of tge challenge but Im ahead …of schedule.
