Hello March! It’s a new month which means new beginning, goals, inspirations, affirmations and accomplishments. March has already started off to a fantastic start for me and my brand. I have some exciting news. Many of you have been following my yoga journey via my blog, instagram or Facebook and it has indeed been an amazing opportunity for me to really get to learn myself, push myself to the limits and step out on faith. As I venture into this months yoga challenge I am excited to share with you that I am now one of the ambassadors for YMXBYYELLOWMAN (YMX). Although its super cold here in Atlanta I wanted to channel mother nature with a side plank so I went out on my deck to practice yoga today. The crisp air blowing is so inspiring and makes you slow down and appreciate the simply things in life that so many take for granted. I always feel at peace when I practice yoga outdoors.
