Hey Love Bugs! The past few years have truly been a great experience as I continue my fitness and yoga journal. I’ve found that over the past few years its very important ti have apparel that fit your lifestyle. Marika has been my go to for the past year. In their shirt, bras or jackets I wear a size medium and in leggings I wear a large. I found that going up a size in my pants gave me room for the hips and bottoms that us melanin girls have. LOL!
