It’s every girls dream to be swept away on a plane and flown to Paris to see the Eiffel Tower while enjoying delicious des patisseries like cupcakes & macarons from Europe. This past weekend I decided to invite a few friends over and surprise them with a Girls Night Out In Europe and since I have traveled there a few times I thought that it would be a great treat to re-create my experience with a few of my friends. I thought back to the last time that I traveled to Europe and the countless times that I found myself making trips to one of my favorites bakeries, Primrose Bakery which happens to be located in the heart of London. What better way to enjoy our Girls Night Out than with a few bottles of Sutter Home Blends?
Sutter Home wines are absolutely perfect to pair with delicious French cupcakes, macarons and last minute girlfriend get together. What I really love about Sutter Home, a family owned-owned company that has been around since 1948 makes their California wine affordable for any budget and I have found that purchasing them at the right time will save you money. I decided for my Girls Night Out In Paris the Moscato/Chardonnay Bend would be perfect to pair with the sweet treats that I would be serving. I found mine at Ingles and they were on sale for $5.99 so I grabbed as many bottles as my wine cooler could hold stashed away in my garage. They are really great for Eiffel Tower Spritzers and London Dream cocktails with cotton candy for a splash of sweetness. I decided to provide my guest with a few variations and their first option was the Eiffel Tower Spritzer (Grab your printable recipe below):

You simply can’t have a Girls Night Out in Europe without a tray of delicious macarons and although I have made these several times I decided to purchase them from a fellow home baker to ensure that my guest have the total European experience. As my guest left I presented them all with Thank You card that I purchased on last year while traveling abroad. The Sutter Home Blends was the hit of the party and I can’t wait to plan our next Girls Night Out.
