The Nourished Festival are the largest and fastest growing special diet consumer events in the US. In addition to meeting the needs of the Celiac community, the Expo welcomes those with gluten sensitivities, auto-immune/inflammatory diseases and autism.

I was truly a newbie to the Gluten Free world other than adding a few items into my families lives to aid in reducing migraines and allergic reactions that we were experiencing. As an official blogger in last year I was able to my audience through a behind-the-scenes look at the Expo and Speakers before the doors opened for general public. When I say that the expo spares no shortage on providing their guest with samples and education they definitely did not.
