I was provided the 2018 Mazda 6 Signature to test drive for 7 days in exchange for my honest opinion. All opinions in this post are all my own.
READY! SET! GO! A few weeks ago the kids and I woke up to a beautiful red surprise in our driveway. The 2018 Mazda 6 Signature sat patiently in the drive way awaiting the moment that I would take her out for a spend. I have a love for Mazda as I have driven a few of them over the past few years. I have never personally owned a Mazda however I do have a best friend that had one way back in the day and boy did we have the time of our lives. It wasn’t until the last year or so that I began to give a strong consideration to purchasing one since I’m in the market for a new car. My SUV gave out on my six months ago so I have been weighing all options between the varies Mazda models that I have had the opportunity to test drive.
Who can resist a Soul Red Mazda? No one that I know! Immediately I fell in love with the car. I know that people normally head for the inside but for me I’m immediately drawn to the exterior color.
Upon further observation the leather interior was a plus. As a mom of three very active young men trust me when I say that the Interior matters! I loved the leg room that the passenger side had but the backseat leg room was a bit stuffy when you have a tenth grader that has suddenly sprouted up to 6 feet. The back was perfect for my sixth grader but if I transported my college student then it would indeed be a somewhat uncomfortable ride for all three of them. I do think that this is a great car for him heading back and forth to college.

The ride was very smooth and that goes without saying. I love that the Mazda 6 has a 6 Speed Sport Mode. That definitely comes in hand in the event you decide to use this beauty as a race car. As always drive with caution and safely however for my readers that are into racing on the tracks I would definitely suggest that you check this baby out.
The MSRP sits around $34,750 which isn’t bad for all of the extras that come with the vehicle and if your looking to add a few extras your looking at a MSRP of around $36,435. The car was very good on fuel which is a bonus for us Atlanta folks because every place that may be 20 minutes away is really 45 minutes away with our manic traffic. Saving on gas goes a long way in the Mazda 6. It’s estimated that you receive 26 MPG City/Hwy combined, 23/City and 31/Highway.
