A normal Saturday for me entails preparing breakfast for the kids, doing laundry, catching up on emails, running errands, cleaning the house and spending time with my family amongst other things. The last few weeks I have literally been on the go and taking care of other people’s business. On Saturday mornings when I wake up I have made the decision to just care for myself as much as I can as time permits. I have found that I take on other people’s situations and problems because by nature I’m a nurturer which can be both good and bad. Instead of preparing breakfast along with my other normal routines on certain Saturdays I have decided to go pamper myself a little and allow the kids to either have cereal or toast some frozen waffles so I can take these moments to have a little “Me Time”. Many times I also utilize Saturdays as my day to head to the nail shop to refresh my nails.

Aveeno has been a family staple since my sons were babies. I remember when my oldest was a baby, Aveeno was all that I could use because it had active oatmeal ingredients which at the time was the only products that worked for his sensitive skin. I was so excited when I learned about their latest collection.
The past few months I have been using the Positively Radiant® Exfoliating Body Wash and my skin has been so moisturized. That’s a huge win for me because I often suffer with dry skin on my legs and arms.
Today as I continued my Saturday Self Care Day the way that the Positively Radiant® Exfoliating Body Wash felt as I begin to lather it on my skin was amazing.
