UFC Gym Perimeter Kids’ Program

On Tuesday the kids and I went on another one of our Traveling expeditions which lead us to the UFC Gym in Perimeter. The UFC Gym Perimeter is new to the Atlanta area and has something for every member of the family. My two younger kids accompanied me and they were extremely excited to participate in the kids class. As an addition to the amazing classes that the UFC Gym already offers they have recently introduced their kids’ program to the gym and which is presently offered to kids ages 5-12. It’s a really great way for kids to learn how to stay healthy, burn some calories and energy and interact with other active kids. The classes are fun and teach the kids to stay fit and healthy while learning basic boxing techniques, kickboxing and mixed martial arts.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Ali the Assistant General Manager who gave us a tour of the facility and walked us through the classes offered and how the kids class worked and what the kids should expect from taking the class. I also learned that the UFC Gym Perimeter features kick-boxing, boxing and MMA; private and advance training and kids classes and something for the entire family. The classes are taught by a staff of rock star, professionals, the UFC Gym Kids Class is sure to teach your little one self-confidence, coordination, discipline and self-defense. The kids were introduced to the Coaches and they instantly bonded with Coach Floyd who was the one to teach them boxing and kickboxing. My boys are currently in Martial Arts and take Gymnastics Classes so add boxing and more kickboxing to their routine was right up their alley. The class started shortly after we arrived and the boys were in for a treat. The kids class was not only a great way for them to burn energy but also a way to tire them out. My boys always continue to go and go like they have energy for weeks but after the action packed fun experience that they had at the UFC Gym Perimeter I will indeed be signing them up for future classes. In my opinion the UFC Gym Perimeter’s kid class is like no other class offered here in Georgia. In fact its the first that I have ever heard of specifically for kids and its amazing. I give the kids class two thumbs up. .
