UGG® (UGG), a division of Deckers Brands is introducing its brand new exclusive technology, Treadlite by UGG™, into its Men’s Spring 2015 collection. The UGG company is fusing athletic sensibilities with a classic twist with their new lightweight and ultra-durable outsole compound shoe. The Treadlite by UGG™ will be made with a new material compound with a rebound and durability that offers phenomenal grip and exceptional rebound when used as a outsole. UGG is the only casual footwear brand that is harnessing this innovation.
The Treadlite by UGG™ debuted its collection of the low profile outsole of the equal parts lightweight and flexible on February 1st as part of their Fathom collection. The collection will be sold at the UGG stores, on uggaustralia.com and select retailers, which will include the following retailers: Dillard’s, Bloomingdale’s, Zappos, Lord & Taylor & Nordstrom. The prices will range from $120 to $140, the Men’s Spring Fathom collection will feature six styles which will include a variety of sandals and sneakers.
Starting in Spring 2015, the new Treadlite by UGG™ outsole will be utilized in Men’s, Women’s and Kids’ styles.
In the past year there wasn’t a moment that we were not wowed with the UGG™ line. The blogs were talking and it seemed like every little girl, teenager and woman had a pair of the famous UGG™ in every color that they could get their hand on. We even saw the guys often times wearing the ladies boots just to be seen in a pair although they make them for the men. As a mother of a nineteen fashion savvy son I am excited to see this new Spring launch. I definitely will be taking all of my sons to grab a few pairs. I absolutely adore these shoes and the fact that UGG™ has created them with their new durability technology which for me means that they will last longer for rough little boys like my little ones is indeed an added bonus so be sure to stay tuned for a follow-up style post on how my sons will sport their Treadlite by UGG™.
