Yoga Diary: March Day 2

Oh Day Two of my month two yoga journey was a breeze! We’ll not really! Let’s keep in mind that I made the decision to take on three yoga challenges which means more stretching and more demanding poses. On this day I found that the #FlexiandFitpose for today’s challenge was the easiest one of the day. The Pasdmasana or Lotus Pose (Fish Pose) was the easiest for me because with this one it suppose to make you open your hips  and release emotions while the fish allows you to open your heart and Lord knows I need to open my heart.

The #YogiSpringClean is indeed just as it states spring cleaning because as the days pass you are working and cleaning out some part of your body trust and believe me. These moves make things you thought wasn’t working work. BOL! The pose for today was the Twisted Boat Pose or Navasana which causes you to lift your hips and while crossing your legs. I believe that my legs should have been extended out but as you can see in the picture below that baby girl was struggling a little but just wait I will get there soon.

Lord this last pose for #JourneyToHandStand was a beast! I already know that my upper body is very weak especially when it comes to my arms and hands. The pose is Chaturanga and I was supposed to hold myself up in a low plank but my breast are definitely touching the mat. I will add this to my list of work outs.

I guess to sum it all up my yoga journey is getting more intense by the day. Although daily my yoga journey is getting more intense I am inspires to continue my journey because of all of the amazing messages that I receive in my inbox from so many women telling me how I have inspired them and that pushes inspires me.
