I recently has the opportunity to attend an exclusive launch party for Tayion By Montee Holland an amazing black designer of men’s wear. The launch party took place in the Sky Lounge at the Glenn Hotel locate in the heart of Atlanta. The Summer event was planned and executed by Steps Event Planning Firm.
MEET THE DESIGNER AND CEO
Who is Montee Tayion Holland? Montee Tayion Holland is the President and CEO of the Tayion Collection. He is a Detroit, Michigan, native and Marine Corps veteran who will often describe his clientele as Renaissance men. That descriptor is also an accurate portrayal of Holland himself. He is a self-made businessman who left a job at Pfizer to step out on faith to begin designing. In 2003, Holland had his first successful showing at the Las Vegas Magic Garment Industry Convention. Holland has since created an international brand that successfully distributed in excess of $40M in merchandise. The brand also has a notable repertoire of patrons including business professionals, public dignitaries and celebrities.
ROOFTOP LAUNCH PARTY
The event brought out executives, business owners, supporters and celebrities to support Tayion’s launch in Macy’s. Everyone in attendance was extremely excited as they celebrated his launch in Macy’s Department Stores. What a major accomplishment. You can find Tayion’s in 50 stores including the Atlanta and Savannah area. As guest made your way around the Sky Lounge Rooftop they were able to adore special Tayion designed suits throughout the party.
